By booking with Tripnam, you agree to pay the full cost as specified at booking. All bookings are subject to availability.

2. Health Measures

Tripnam may implement health measures as required. By booking, you accept these measures as part of standard safety procedures.

3. Changes and Cancellations

If we need to make significant changes to your booking, we will inform you promptly and offer suitable alternatives. If alternatives are unacceptable, you may cancel and receive a refund where applicable.

4. Your Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and meet all visa, passport, and health requirements for your destination.

5. Conduct

Guests must behave responsibly. Tripnam reserves the right to terminate bookings for disruptive or dangerous behavior without refund.

6. Complaints

Report any issues during your booking promptly. Complaints after travel should be submitted in writing within 28 days.

7. Liability

Tripnam is not liable for events beyond our control, including extreme weather or strikes. Liability is limited to the cost of the holiday except in cases of serious negligence.

8. Insurance

We recommend obtaining travel insurance covering illness, cancellation, and other risks.

9. Data Protection

Your personal data will be used in line with privacy laws and only for booking purposes.
